Refund Policy

VillaAudit provides buyer-side decision services. Refunds depend on whether delivery/access has occurred and whether work has started.
1. Investment Readiness & Risk Blueprint (digital decision report)
Delivery occurs when access is granted and your decision report is delivered to your email.
Once delivery has occurred, the purchase is non-refundable. Refunds are not provided because you disagree with or dislike the decision outcome.
If delivery fails due to a technical issue on our side, we will fix delivery or consider a refund after investigation.
2. Evaluation services (work-based) — before work begins
If you request a refund before we begin any evaluation work, you will receive a full refund.
3. Evaluation services (work-based) — after work starts
Once work begins (reviewing links, analysis, drafting reports, or site inspections), refunds are not available.
4. If we cannot complete delivery or evaluation
If we are unable to complete delivery or evaluation due to reasons on our side, you are entitled to a refund or an alternative of equal value (where applicable).
5. Corrections (factual errors)
If you believe there is a factual mistake in your report, we will review it and correct factual errors where applicable.
