Refund Policy

Because VillaAudit provides advisory and professional services, we have the following refund policy:

1. Before Work Begins — 100% Refund

If you request a refund before we begin any evaluation work, you will receive a full refund. This includes situations where the work has not yet started.

2. After Work Has Started — No Refunds

Once we begin any part of your evaluation (reviewing property links, analysis, drafting reports, or conducting site inspections), refunds are not available. This ensures we can protect the integrity of the service provided to all clients.

3. If We Cannot Complete Your Evaluation

If we are unable to complete your evaluation due to reasons on our side (e.g., property removal from the market), you are entitled to a full refund or you may choose another service of equal value.

4. Situations Not Eligible for Refund

No refunds will be issued if:

  • You provided incorrect property links or incomplete information
  • You change your mind after work begins
  • The villa is removed from the market
  • You decide to cancel after work has started

5. Quality Guarantee

If you believe there is a factual mistake in your report, we will re-review it and make any necessary corrections at no additional cost.
